【摘 要】目的：对患有重症肺炎患者实施纤维支气管镜肺泡灌洗治疗的效果展开分析。方法：本研究在2018年2月到2018年12月之间抽取在我院接受重症肺炎治疗的病人60例进行研究，根据随机平均的方法将这些病例分成对照组和研究组，对照组接受常规性的治疗，研究组接受纤维气管镜肺泡灌注治疗，观察两组病人接受治疗后肺部啰音消失用时、咳嗽持续时长。结果：研究组病人肺部啰音消失用时和咳嗽持续时长均比对照组短，p<0.05。结论：对重症肺炎病人考虑采用纤维支气管镜肺泡灌洗进行治疗，对患者康复起到促进的效果，快速改善患者肺炎症状。
