【摘 要】目的：研究子宫肌瘤临床接受针刺补泻配合温针灸治疗的效果。方法：选择我院2017年4月-2018年4月中的80例子宫肌瘤患者进行研究，按照患者接受治疗的不同方式进行分组，观察组40例、对照组40例，分别接受针刺补泻配合温针灸治疗、单纯西药治疗，比较两组效果。结果：观察组总有效率为95%，高于对照组77.5%，P<0.05;观察组治疗后子宫不规则出血、盆腔疼痛、贫血症状积分均低于对照组，P<0.05;观察组治疗后1、3个月生活质量评分均高于对照组，P<0.05。结论：针刺补泻配合温针灸治疗子宫肌瘤患者能够明显提升临床效果，改善患者临床症状，值得临床推广。
