对比分析生活饮用水中不同硝酸盐氮检测方法应用效果,离子色谱法,紫外分光光度法,检测效果
【摘 要】目的:对比不同方法检测生活饮用水中硝酸盐氮的应用效果。方法:离子色谱法、紫外分光光度法测定标准样品及生活饮用水中硝酸盐氮。结果:离子色谱法对标准样品硝酸盐氮的检出限显著低于紫外分光光度法(P<0.05),两种方法对标准样品硝酸盐氮实测浓度对比P>0.05;离子色谱法对加入不同浓度硝酸盐氮标准液的生活饮用水硝酸盐氮测定结果中均值、相对标准偏差、加标量与紫外分光光度法对比均P<0.05。结论:应用离子色谱法检测生活饮用水中硝酸盐氮效果更优,有利于获得更为准确的检测数据。【关键词】生活饮用水;硝酸盐氮;离子色谱法;紫外分光光度法;检测效果
Abstract Objective: to compare the application effect of different methods in detecting nitrate nitrogen in drinking water. Methods: ion chromatography and UV spectrophotometry were used to determine nitrite in standard samples and drinking water.
