【摘 要】目的：探讨血气分析检验对酸碱平衡失调诊断的临床价值。方法：本次研究对象选取我院于2018年6月到2018年12月收治的100例酸碱平衡失调患者，随机分为对照组(50例)和实验组(50例)，两组患者均接受血常规检验进行诊断，实验组患者结合患者的生理因素和病史給予血气分析检查，对比两组患者的疾病诊断正确率。结果：实验组患者的疾病诊断正确率高于对照组，数据的比较差异显著(P<0.05)。结论：酸碱平衡失调患者接受血气分析检验的可行性较高，在诊断过程中考虑患者的自身因素有助于提高疾病诊断的准确性，值得临床推广。

    Abstract Objective：To investigate the clinical value of blood gas analysis test in the diagnosis of acid-base balance disorder.
