【摘 要】目的：探究腺苷蛋氨酸治疗重型肝炎对改善血清指标以及不良反应发生率。方法：对本院收治的80例重型肝炎患者进行研究，所有患者均接受腺苷蛋氨酸进行治疗，对比治疗前后肝炎患者的血清指标变化以及不良反应。结果：80例重型肝炎患者血清学指标均明显改善，与治疗前比较：P值<0.05。80例患者治疗后不良反应发生率为5.00%。结论：腺苷蛋氨酸在治疗重型肺炎患者中具有良好的治疗效果。
