【摘 要】：目的：研究泮托拉唑治疗消化性溃疡的临床效果及治疗安全性。方法：选取我院在2018年3月-2019年3月期间收治的184例消化性溃疡患者，采用抛硬币的方法随机分为研究组和对照组，每组患者各92例，比较两组患者临床疗效。结果：研究组患者治疗总有效率高于对照组，数据差异显著(P<0.05)，研究组患者不良反应发生率低于对照组，数据差异显著(P<0.05)。结论：在常规治疗方法的基础上采用泮托拉唑治疗消化性溃疡临床效果显著，治疗安全性较高，值得临床推广。
