【摘 要】：目的 分析在产房护理质量持续改进中，应用品管圈护理模式的应用价值。方法 随机抽取我院妇产科在2018年到2019年期间接纳的66例产妇，通过抛硬币分出A组33名产妇和B组33名产妇。A组产妇给予常规护理措施，B组产妇给予品管圈模式进行护理。对比A组产妇和B组产妇对护理工作的满意度。结果 B组产妇对护理工作的满意度显著高于A组(P<0.05)。结论 在产房护理中，应用品管圈模式进行护理，对产房护理质量持续改进具有良好的应用价值。
