【摘 要】目的：探讨微波结合中药熏洗治疗肛周脓肿术后并发症的临床效果。方法：选定本院于2019年1月到2019年6月收诊的80例肛周脓肿患者，完全随机法分为观察组(微波+中药熏洗)40例与对照组(微波)40例，比较2组肛周脓肿患者的切口愈合时长、切口排脓时长、疼痛时长、创面评分及治疗优良率。结果：治疗结束，观察组切口愈合时长(26.17±3.24)d、切口排脓时长(5.11±0.76)d、疼痛时长(6.24±1.12)d、创面评分(0.53±0.11)分均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗12d后的治疗优良率(95.00%)高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：微波结合中药熏洗可提高肛周脓肿患者的疗效水平，缩短其恢复时间，值得推广使用。
