【摘 要】目的：探究前列腺素滴眼液治疗糖皮质激素性青光眼的效果。方法：选取我院眼科2015年9月～2018年10月期间收治的24例糖皮质激素性青光眼患者。对照组患者采用马来酸噻吗洛尔滴眼液治疗方案，观察组患者则采用曲伏前列腺素滴眼液治疗方案。对比、分析两组患者在接受治疗前后眼压及视力水平的变化情况。结果：在接受治疗后，对照组内视力水平小于0.1患者更多，大于0.3患者更少，两组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：使用前列腺素滴眼液治疗糖皮质激素性青光眼的效果理想。
