【摘 要】 目的：分析术前物品准备不齐的原因，制定有针对性的护理对策，力求提高手术医生的满意度。方法：将2019年1月年至2019年2月74例手术室术前物品准备不齐的原因进行分析 。结果 ：针对主要原因采取了相应的对策，降低了手术物品准备不齐全率，大大提高了手术医生的满意度，保证了手术患者的安全。结论 ：加强了医护沟通，确保手术顺进行，提高手术室护理工作效率。
