【摘 要】：目的：体会对结肠癌患者实施腹腔镜与开腹全结肠系膜切除的价值。方法：遵循术式差异分组，将我院2018.1-2019.10内接收的78例结肠癌患者分为2组，观察术后并发症。结果：观察组发生率仅5.0%，对照组21.0，P<0.05。结论：腹腔镜全结肠系膜切除术治疗结肠癌，可有效降低术后并发症，值得推广。
