【摘 要】目的：观察综合护理对老年功能性便秘患者的影响。方法：纳入2019年10月至2020年3月收治80例老年功能性便秘患者进行对照研究，以抽签随机分组法将其纳入常规组和研究组，分别予以常规护理和综合护理，比较两组排便情况和生活质量评分。结果：与常规组比较，研究组一周内排便次数多、单次排便用时短、排便疼痛评分低、生活质量评分高(P<0.05)。结论：综合护理可优化排便质量，是老年功能性便秘患者生活质量改善的可靠举措。
