【摘 要】目的：观察加减三黄汤在肛周脓肿术后换药的临床疗效。方法：选取我院2018年7月至2020年1月期间收治的肛周脓肿患者120例，分为两个组，治疗组术后采用加减三黄汤纱条换药，对照组术后采用依沙吖啶溶液纱条换药。结果：通过分析，我们发现治疗组创面愈合时间明显短语对照组。结论：加减三黄汤能缩短换药时间、减轻疼痛，促进创面愈合，值得后续临床推广应用。
