摘要：目的：探讨人工关节置换术治疗高龄股骨颈骨折的效果。方法：对本科2004年1月～2009年12月收治的65例高龄股骨颈骨折行人工关节置换术治疗。并进行了10～38个月(平均20个月)的随访。结果：临床疗效按Harris评分标准。本组优良(≥80分)61例，占93.8%；尚可(70～79分)3例，占4.7%；差(<70分=1例，占1.5%。结论：高龄股骨颈骨折患者行人工关节置换术治疗，具有创伤小、手术时间短、减少卧床并发症，恢复髋关节功能等优点，是一种比较理想的治疗手段。

    Objective: to explore the artificial joint replacement therapy senile femoral neck fracture effect. Methods: to the undergraduate January 2004 ~ December 2009, 65 patients with elderly were femoral neck fracture do artificial joint replacement therapy.
