摘 要：目的：探讨动态血糖监测联合胰岛素泵治疗对初发糖尿病患者的治疗意义。方法：配带CGMS监测全天血糖变化，监测3d后，选用712胰岛素泵治疗。结果：患者应用动态血糖监测联合胰岛素泵治疗后血糖较前明显降低。结论：动态血糖监测联合胰岛素泵治疗可以迅速、安全、有效的降低糖尿病患者的血糖。

Continuous glucose monitoring combined with insulin pump therapy for clinical care of newly diagnosed diabetic patients
Abstract：Objective To ovserve continuous glucose monitoring combined with insulin pump therapy on the treatment of patients with newly diagnosed diabetic patients.Methods20 diabetic patients who diagnosed newly were treated with blood glucose monitoring with CGMS monitor 3days, then use continuous subcutaneous insulin infusion therapy.Results After the treatment, blood glucose decreased significantly.ConclusionGlucose monitoring combined with insulin pump therapy an control hyperglycemia more quickly,safely and effectively.
