摘要：目的:总结艾滋病自愿咨询检测(VCT)工作经验，分析求询原因和社会学问题，提高VCT工作质量。方法:对2009-2010年主动到盐城市疾病预防控制心VCT门诊自愿接受艾滋病咨询检测者有关资料进行分析。结果:192名求询者中男性165人，盐城本地172人，因有不安全性行为求询者136人；168人接受检测，确诊HIV阳性者7例，检出率为4.17%。结论:求询者大多是有不安全性行为的中青年男性，VCT门诊可提供保密的咨询和检测，也是早期发现艾滋病疫情的有效方法之一。

    Abstract: Objective: HIV voluntary counseling and testing (VCT) work experience, analysis of the reasons for seeking consultation and social problems and improve the quality of VCT. Method]:2009-2010 Yancheng initiative to heart disease prevention and control of AIDS VCT voluntary counseling and testing patient-related data for analysis. Results: 192 male; the consultation 165 people , Yancheng Local 172, have unsafe sex because of 136 people who seek consultation; 168 people tested, diagnosed HIV positive in 7 cases, the detection rate was 4.17%. Conclusion:seeking consultation mostly middle-aged men have unsafe sex, VCT clinics provide confidential counseling and testing, early detection of the AIDS epidemic is one of effective methods. ......
