子宫肌瘤经阴道切除术的临床分析

[摘要]目的：探讨子宫肌瘤经阴道剔除术的方法及效果；方法：将2010年2月至2011年2月我院收治的47例子宫肌瘤患者随机分为经阴道剔除术组24例和经腹腔剔除术组24例，对两组的效果进行对比；结果：两组的手术时间、术中出血量、排气时间及术后住院天数均无显著性差异(P>O.05)。术后患者均获随访，平均时间6个月，经阴道剔除术组患者的恢复速度较快，且无术后腹部伤口瘢痕带来的疼痛等不适；结论：子宫肌瘤经阴道剔除术能在保证治愈疾病的同时可以满足患者生育和生理功能的需求，同时也可以使患者在术后及时的调整心态和快速的恢复身体，值得临床推广运用。
