[摘要]目的：探讨聚乙二醇干扰素治疗慢性丙型肝炎的临床疗效及护理体会，以提高护理质量。方法：对35例慢性丙型肝炎患者使用聚乙二醇干扰素每周180ug抗病毒治疗，做好心理护理、各种并发症的护理及出院指导。结果：应用聚乙二醇长效干扰素治疗慢性丙型肝炎，除1例在注射48针2个月复查抗一HCV再次阳性外，总有效率为97.1%。结论：进行心理护理干预和健康宣教，能提高患者对丙肝知识的认识，增强患者治疗的依从性、战胜疾病的信心，提高疗效，改善生活质量，促进患者康复。

    [Abstract]Objective: The aim was to improve our quality by studying clinical effect and nursing experience for chronic hepatitis C treated with pegylated interferon.Methods: 35 patients with chronic hepatitis C were treated with pegylated interferon antiviral therapy 180ug per week. At the same time we did good psychological care, complications care and discharge guidance. Results: Long-term pegylated interferon treatment of chronic hapatitis C, just one patient showed positive in review of HCV antibodies after 2 months later. The total effective rate was 97.1%. Conclusion: Psychological nursing intervention and health education could improve understanding of hepatitis C patients, enhance patient adherence to treatment, improve the efficacy ,improve quality of life and promote rehabilitation of patients. ......
