[摘要]目的：了解门诊输液室护士在静脉用药中存在的安全隐患，寻求适用于静脉安全用药的对策，帮助护士及护理管理人员提高安全护理的应对能力。方法：选择县级以上9所医院235名护理人员，分别按学历和职称分组，采用自制的问卷调查目前门诊输液室护理队伍中静脉用药不安全因素。结果：在静脉用药安全隐患因素综合得分方面，不同学历组间和不同职称组间差异有统计学意义。结论：高学历和高职称的护理人员在静脉用药中的安全方面优于低学历及职称者。护理人员必须加强静脉用药安全知识的学习，严格执行操作规程，建立健全静脉用药安全性应当遵循的工作方法和制度，有效防范护理差错事故，保障患者安全。
