[摘要] 目的:探讨食道癌术后吻合口漏治疗措施。方法:对2000年1月至2010年12月在我院行食道癌手术363例,发生吻合口漏36例,我们采用非手术治疗,即胃肠减压、通畅引流、营养支持、抗感染等对症治疗。结果:20例经积极营养支持后逐渐好转;11例发生吻合口漏经手术修补效果不佳而死亡;另5例死于突发呼吸衰竭;结论:食道癌术后发生吻合口漏建议积极非手术治疗,非手术治疗吻合口瘘费用低、风险小、疗效满意。
