[摘要]带状疱疹是春季最流行的一种病毒感染皮肤病，由水痘带状疱疹病毒感染后，潜伏在体内再发，造成沿神经支配的皮肤区出现带状排列的成簇疱疹。表现为皮肤上有红斑、水疱，水疱如串珠伴有皮肤神经疼痛，民间把这种病称作“串腰龙”，这是因为侵犯胸腰部位的带状疱疹占本病的发病率的60%以上，但实际上还可以侵犯人体的头、面、下肢等。发病总是沿神经走向，呈条带状故称“带状疱疹”。
