[摘要]目的：探讨开展优质护理服务对临床实习护生的影响。方法：将200名临床实习护生平均分成两组，其中100名在示范病房实习，另100名在非示范病房实习，采用自行设计的问卷从护生实习的三个阶段进行问卷调查，问卷内容包括五方面，将这五方面分别以优、良、可、差四个标准去衡量，每次均发放问卷200份，自愿填写并当场收回，问卷有效回收率100%，采用χ2数据进行统计分析。结果：采用χ2检验，P<0.05，有统计学意义，可以认为9个月的培训后，示范病房护生达到优秀的人数高于非示范病房护生达到优秀的人数。结论：优质护理服务对于护生在工作态度、基础护理、与患者的沟通能力、对患者的健康教育等方面的培养有着重大的意义。

[Abstract]Object:To investigate the effection of developing high quality nursing to the nurse interns.Methods:Devided 200 clinical nurse intern into two groups randomly,one groupin the sample ward,another groupin common ward.Design the paper by ourselves,and investigate three stages of the nurse internship.The content of the paper include five aspects,these nurse interns filled in the paper and handed in at once.We use χ2 statistic analysis.Results:Use χ2 statistic analysis , P < 0.05.It means that after 9 months training ,the number of excellentintern in the sample ward was more than normal ward. Conclusion:High quality nursing service can improve the nurse intern’s capability of basic nursing ,working attitude,communication with patients and health education to the patient etc ......
