[摘要]针对驻军医院中普遍存在的床位少，人才匮乏，资金短缺等问题，我们提出要以病人为中心，推出特色治疗，提供一流就医服务，吸引人才，增强医护人员凝聚力，提高医院整体水平，使驻军医院迅猛发展，更好地为部队和人民服务。

    [Abstract]Fewer beds, lack of doctors, shortage of funds are common problems in some small garrison hospitals. For these issues, patient-oriented concept, individual treatment and first-class medical service are suggested. Some measures such as attracting talent and strengthening medical staff cohesion should be taken to improve the overall level of the hospital. These suggestions and measures can promote the rapid development of the garrison hospitals in order to better serve the troops and the people.
