[摘要]随着我国居民生活的改善，肥胖以及由肥胖所带来的疾病成为影响我们身体健康和生活质量的主要原因。本文以左旋肉碱和茶多酚为主要原料，研发一种新型的、健康的具有减肥效果的保健食品胶囊，并对其进行毒理、功能和卫生理化指标的检验，证明其效果。
