[摘要]目的：研究米索前列醇配合缩宫素预防剖宫产术后出血疗效观察。方法：对82例剖宫产分娩产妇采用米索前列醇配合缩宫素防治产后出血的资料进行分析。结果：观察组术中、术后2h出血量均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)差异有显著性。结论：米索前列醇配合缩宫素防治产后出血疗效良好。

[Abstract]ObjectiveTo study the effects of the prevention of postpartum hemorrhage after after cesarean section using Misoprostoland oxytocin. Method： undertake the analysis of 82 examples of the prevention of postpartum hemorrhage after their cesarean section using Misoprostol and oxytocin. Result： compared with the group in comparison， the group in research have a lower bleeding amount in and two hours after the operation(P<0.05). There is a marked difference between the two groups. Conclusion： the prevention of postpartum hemorrhage after cesarean section using Misoprostol and oxytocin has a good curative effect.
