[摘要]目的：建立高效液相色谱-莹光法(HPLC-FLD)测定速效止泻胶囊中盐酸小檗碱含量的方法。方法：采用SunfireTMC185um，4.6×150mm色谱柱，柱温：30℃。流动相为乙腈-0.1%磷酸(20：80)，流速1.0ml.Min-1，进样量为10ul，激发波长420nm，发射波长550nm。结果：盐酸小檗碱的保留时间为6±0.2min，在5.8885-41.2196μg·mL-1范围内呈良好的线性关系，r=0.9999，平均回收率为99.49%，RSD=2.5%(n=6)。结论：该方法灵敏、专属性强、准确，能够较好地控制该产品的质量。
