天全县结核杆菌涂痰阳性者干预效果分析

[摘要]目的：对天全县结核杆菌涂痰阳性者规范化管理结果进行评估。方法：对2006至2009年度参加结核病规范化管理和随访的对象(天全县结核杆菌涂痰阳性者)进行规范化管理，包括生活方式干预及药物治疗的干预，比较各年份患者的服药情况，痰涂片转阴情况、两年内复发情况及，全程化疗情况。结果：调查结果显示，天全县结核杆菌涂痰阳性者服药情况得到明显改善，痰涂片转阴率明显增加，全程化疗率明显增加，两年内复发率明显降低。结论：开展结核病规范化管理是非常必要的，涂痰片阳性患者筛查及面对面健康教育和用药指导，可以促进涂痰阳性者服药的规律性增加，痰涂片转阴率提高，复发率降低，全程化疗率增加，对提高结核病控制率有现实意义，具有推广性。

[Abstract]Objective: To assess the results of standardized management of sputum-positive tuberculosis in Tianquan County to. Method: do standardized management for the patients (Tianquan County sputum-positive TB) from 2006 to 2009, including lifestyle interventions and drug treatment intervention, comparing the patient’s medication situation of every year, the rate of sputum turn negative, and rate of recurrence within two years, the situation of whole range chemotherapy. Results: The survey result display that the medication treatment of sputum-positive tuberculosis was significantly improved in Tianquan County, the rate of sputum smear turning negative increased, the rate of whole range chemotherapy increased significantly, the recurrence rate within two years significantly reduced ......
