[摘要] 方法：对实验组90例手术患者随机分为观察组及对照组，前者给予缓解心理应激的护理，后者给予传统的功能性护理。结果：观察组患者术后焦虑评分明显优于对照组，P<0.05，差异均有统计学意义。结论：对普外科病人实施围手术期心理护理，是促使病人迅速恢复健康的重要环节，对保证各项治疗顺利进行具有重要辅助作用。

[Abstract] Methods: we divide experimental group 90 which to chooseoperation patients into observation group and control group，The first group give for the nurse of releasing mental stress，the last give for the nurse of tradition functional. Result: The postoperative observation group is better than the control group by anxiety scores. P<0.05，differences has significant. Conclude: we take execute for the mental nurse of around period patients that has surgery disease, this execute is important link for enhancing patients health，and has important assistance action for ensuring all therapy proceed smoothly.
