[摘要] 目的：观察He-Ne激光外耳内照射联合心理护理治疗神经性耳鸣的疗效。方法：选取神经性耳鸣患者60例随机分为：He-Ne激光外耳内照射加常规药物组30例和常规药物组30例分别治疗，激光组同时给予心理护理。疗程均为20次，观察两组疗效。结果：治疗组和对照组的有效率分别为72%和38%，两组间有效率差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 本方法简单，无副损伤，患者易接受，效果好，是一种安全、有效、经济的辅助治疗方法。

[Abstract]Objective: To observe the He-Ne laser irradiation combined with external ear psychological care of the efficacy of the treatment of tinnitus. Methods: 60 patients with tinnitus were randomly divided into: He-Ne laser irradiation increases the external group of 30 cases of conventional medicines and conventional drug therapy group were 30 cases, the laser group at the same time give psychological care.
