临床护理在骨创伤行负压密闭引流术(VSD)中的应用体会

[摘 要] 目的：探讨临床护理在骨创伤行负压密闭引流术(VSD)中的应用。方法：对我院收治的骨创伤的患者进行负压封闭式引流术，在术后进行精心的临床护理。结果：治愈31例(62.0%)，显效18例(36.0%)，无效1例(2.0%)，总有效率为98%。平均伤口愈合时间(16.15±8.20)d。结论：术后精心护理保证了有效的引流，减少并发症的发生，促进创面愈合，缩短了住院时间，值得临床广泛应用。

[Abstract] Objective ：To investigate the clinical nursing in trauma and bone line negative pressure closed drainage (VSD) in the application. Methods：treated bone trauma patients with negative pressure closed drainage, after careful clinical nursing. Results ： 31 cases were cured (62%), 18 cases (36%), invalid in 1 cases (2%), the total efficiency of 98%.The average healing time(16.15+8.20)d. Conclusion：careful postoperative nursing care to ensure effective drainage,reduce complication, accelerate wound healing, shorten the time of hospitalization, worthy of clinical application.
