微创手术治疗60例严重退行性膝关节病变临床疗效观察

[摘 要] 目的：探讨微创手术治疗退行性膝关节病的临床疗效。方法：选取我科2009年1月-2010年1月120例膝关节退行性关节炎患者，将患者分为研究组与对照组各60例，其中研究组行关节镜下微创术，对照组予以关节冲洗以及配合止痛药口服治疗，观察近期临床疗效，WOMAC评分以及患者生存质量。结果：60例患者显效率为61.2%，有效率为96.6%，WOMAC评分法评价60例患者优：29例，良：23例，可：5例，差：3例。生存质量研究组P<0.05，有统计学意义。结论：微创手术治疗膝关节退行性关节炎能缓解疼痛，改善关节功能和生活质量，是治疗膝关节退行性病变最直接的方法，疗效显著，值得推广。
