双切口联合手术治疗青光眼合并白内障46例临床疗效观察

[摘 要] 目的：探讨了双切口联合手术治疗青光眼合并白内障临床疗效观察。方法：回顾性分析我院2009年1月至2010年12月期间，应用该三联手术共治疗了青光眼合并白内障患者46例的临床资料。结果：术后视力均较术前有不同程度的提高，术后眼压均控制在正常范围内。结论：双切口联合手术治疗青光眼合并白内障能有效地控制眼压，提高视力；是一种安全、有效的治疗白内障合并青光眼的联合手术。

[abstract] 0bjective：Analysis of dual incision combined with operation for treatment of glaucoma complicated with cataract clinical curative effect observation. Methods：Retrospective analysis of our hospital from 2009 January to 2010 December, using the triple operation were treated for glaucoma complicated with cataract patients with clinical data of 46 cases. Results：The postoperative visual acuity was improved with different degree postoperative intraocular pressure was in normal range. Conclusion：Double incision combined with operation for treatment of glaucoma complicated with cataract can effectively control intraocular pressure, visual acuity improved; is a safe， effective treatment of cataract combined with glaucoma combined operation.
