支气管哮喘临床治疗效果观察

[摘 要] 目的：探讨支气管哮喘的临床表现、诊断与治疗的方法，提高临床诊治效果，探求更有效地治疗方法。方法：在我院2008年1月至20010年12月收治的不同程度的支气管哮喘患者88例，通过综合性的治疗，评测支气管哮喘的临床效果，探求更有效的治疗手段。结果：病情得到显著控制的患者有28例，有所好转的患者29例，总有效率为66.8%。讨论：支气管哮喘成因机制复杂，诱发因素多种多样，目前医学上只能达到控制而无法治愈，但及时的诊断和正确的治疗，能够有效的提高控制的效果，降低患者的痛苦。

[Abstract] Objective:About bronchial asthma clinical manifestations, diagnosis and treatment methods, to improve clinical diagnosis and treatment, to seek more effective methods of treatment.Method:In my hospital in 2008 January to 20010 December were different levels in patients with bronchial asthma in 88 cases, through the comprehensive evaluation of bronchial asthma treatment, clinical effect, to explore more effective treatment methods.Results: Condition are obviously controlled in patients with 28 cases, improvement in 29 cases, the total effective rate was 66.8%.Conclusion:Bronchial asthma genetic mechanism is complex, predisposing factors are varied, the medicine can only achieve control and can not be cured, but timely diagnosis and proper treatment, can improve the control effect, reduce the pain of patients ......
