摘要：目的：探讨分析外伤性脾破裂的护理要领以及经验总结。方法：选取2010年1月～2011年5月于我院进行治疗的30例外伤性脾破裂患者为研究对象。对所有患者严密监测生命体征，加强药物、康复、预防并发症、心理等各方面护理。观察治疗护理后的效果。结果：经过精细护理后， 30例中因有1例合并多发性骨折和肺部挫伤，在抢救1h后因呼吸衰竭死亡，其余的均全部救活，成功率达96.7%；经过临床的手术等治疗后均全部治愈，治愈率达100%，其中有2例出现肺部感染、内脏再次出血等并发症，并发症的发生率为6.9%，出院前全部进行满意度评估，30例患者全部满意，患者的满意度为100%。结论：通过密切观察、积极抢救和精心有效护理，能及时发现掌握患者病情变化，并及时做出抢救措施，达到最佳的治疗效果，促进疾病痊愈，从而提高医疗护理质量和患者生存质量。

    Abstract:Objective:Explore the analysis of traumatic rupture of the essentials of care and experience. Methods:Selected from January 2010 to May 2011 in our hospital for treatment, 30 cases of traumatic splenic rupture in patients with the object of study.
