急性有机磷中毒84例患者的急救及其护理体会

摘要：目的：探讨了急性有机磷中毒患者的救治与护理，提高治愈率。方法:回顾性分析我院2008年1月-2010年12月收治急性有机磷中毒患者84例患者的临床资料，及时彻底洗胃，合理有效地应用解毒剂及复能剂，及时处理各种并发症，密切观察病情与护理。结果:84例急性有机磷中毒患者经积极抢救。抢救成功74例，成功率88%；死亡10例，病死率12%。结论:及时有效的诊断与治疗可显著提高急性重度有机磷中毒患者的治愈率，降低病死率，减少并发症的发生。严密的病情观察及护理是抢救成功的重要措施。
