摘要：脊髓损伤后压疮只是其最常见的一种并发症，也是是脊髓损伤患者致死重要因素之一。压疮是身体局部组织在长期受压情况下，血液循环障碍，组织营养缺乏，致使皮肤失去正常功能而引起的组织破损和坏死。因此提高护理人员及陪护对脊髓损伤患者压疮的预防发生及发生后采取正确护理尤为重要。临床实践证明对压疮早期预防和护理对改善脊髓损伤患者的预后及提高生活质量具有重要意义。

    关键词：脊髓损伤；压疮；预防护理Abstract: Pressure sores after spinal cord injury is the most common complication of spinal cord injury patients is an important factor in death. Pressure sores is the body of local organizations in the case of prolonged pressure, blood circulation disorder, tissue nutritional deficiencies, resulting in loss of normal function of the skin caused by tissue damage and necrosis. Therefore, nurses and the accompanying increase in patients with spinal cord injury occurrence and prevention of pressure ulcers after taking the right care is particularly important. Clinical Practice has proved that early on pressure ulcer prevention and care of patients with spinal cord injury to improve prognosis and quality of life is important.
