输尿管镜下气压弹道碎石术与x线下体外碎石技术治疗输尿管结石的效果对比

摘要：目的：比较经输尿管镜气压弹道碎石术与x线下体外碎石术治疗输尿管结石的疗效和安全性，探讨输尿管镜碎石术(URL)治疗输尿管结石的疗效。 方法:总结应用输尿管镜气压弹道碎石术和x线下体外碎石术治疗200例输尿管结石患者的临床资料，其中气压弹道碎石术100例，x线下体外碎石术100例，并总结各自优缺点。 结果:经输尿管镜气压弹道碎石术碎石率为96%，高于x线下体外碎石技术的72%，P<0.05。结论:输尿管镜碎石术治疗输尿管结石的疗效显著，其中经输尿管镜气压弹道碎石术的有效率和安全性优于X线下体外碎石技术。
