母婴同室的护理措施和效果观察

摘要：目的：探讨母婴同室的护理措施和护理效果。方法：选取我院成功分娩的1132例产妇为研究对象，均给予母婴同室，将其随机分为观察组和对照组，观察组给予优质护理服务，对照组给予常规护理，出院时对两组产妇的哺育知识掌握率、母乳喂养率及护理满意度进行对比分析，评价优质护理服务的效果。结果：观察组的哺育知识掌握率95.43、母乳喂养率92.44、护理满意度评分92.41±10.58，均高于对照组的哺育知识掌握率83.92、母乳喂养率80.51、护理满意度评分85.43±11.32，两组比较差异具有统计学差异(p<0.05)。结论：对产妇实施产后母婴同室，并给予人性化的优质护理服务，可显著提高产妇对哺育知识的掌握，有利于促进产妇及婴儿的健康，并提高护理质量。
