摘要：目的：探讨新生儿淋菌性结膜炎护理休会。方法：回顾总结13例新生儿淋菌性结膜炎的临床资料治疗护理过程。结果：13例患儿经头孢曲松钠的全身治疗加局部治疗和特殊护理后获愈。结论:及时发现早期治疗及特殊护理是新生儿淋菌性结膜炎痊愈唯一方法。对孕妇作诊断性筛查及早期彻底治疗，是一种更效的预防措施。

    Abstract：Purpose: to discuss nursing experience of gonococcal conjunctivitis in neonatus.Method: reviewing the nursing process of gonococcal conjunctivitis in neonatus.Result: by using ceftriaxone sodium, through Topical therapy, Systemic therapy and intensive care to help the sick recover.Conclusion: the only effective way of healing gonococcal conjunctivitis is to take early detection and treatment, along with intensive care of the patient. Besides, in order to prevent the disease effectively, it is necessary to detect the pregnant and treat them accordingly.
