摘要：目的：探讨面部皮肤癌的手术治疗方法。方法:自2000年1月～2011年8月，本科共收治面部皮肤癌患者93例，分别采用不同的方法(直接扩大切除15例、带蒂皮瓣转移46例、全厚皮移植38例)修复病变。结果:全部病例术后Ⅰ期愈合，皮瓣或移植皮片成活良好，外观满意，随访72例，时间6个月至5年，共复发4例。结论:手术治疗面部皮肤癌治愈率高，根据病变特点选择合适的手术方式可取得较为理想的治疗效果。

Methods:From January 2000 to August 2011，93 cases of patients with skin cancer in facies were treated by different methods(15 cases of excision and direct suture 、46 cases of pedicle flaps transfer、 38 cases of full-thickness skin graft).Results： In addition to tumor type, severity and location of the anatomical characteristics of the disease determines the method of surgical repair. For larger wounds, pedicle flaps transfer can mostly satisfy the morphology and function requirements of facies, full-thickness skin graft is better when no suitable flaps. Conclusion:The cure rate of surgical treatment of skin cancer in facies is high, according to the characteristics of lesions,an ideal effect will be obtained by an appropriate surgical mode. ......
