摘要：目的：探讨妊娠合并阑尾炎的护理技巧。方法：对21例妊娠合并阑尾炎患者手术治疗的护理进行回顾性分析。结果：本组21例手术治疗的患者治愈率100%，术后伤口愈合良好，无1例出现流产及死胎，无护理并发症发生。结论:严密观察病情，及时采取积极有效的护理，对减轻病人痛苦，保证母婴安全起着非常重要的作用。

    Abstract:Objective:To study the nursing skill of pregnancy combined with acute appendicitis. Methods:21 cases of pregnancy combined with acute appendicitis patients in treatment and nursing of operation were retrospectively analyzed. Results： the 21 cases treated with operation cure rate was 100%, postoperative wound healing well, no 1 cases of abortion and stillbirth, no nursing complication. Conclusion： strict observation condition, to take timely and effective care, to alleviate the suffering of patients, ensure safety plays a very important role.
