综合护理干预对青少年癫痫患者临床治疗效果影响研究(1)

摘要：目的：探讨护理干预对癫痫青少年患者治疗依从性的影响，以提高治疗与护理效果。方法：将2007年1月～2010年1月癫痫青少年患者100例随机分为治疗组和对照组各50例。对照组采用癫痫常规治疗与护理措施，治疗组采用常规护理、心理护理、康复护理及健康教育综合性治疗护理措施。并对两组治疗后依从性进行比较。结果：治疗组在进行综合干预后依从性较对照组明显提高，且有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:综合性护理干预措施，可提高癫痫青少年患者治疗依从性，提高治疗效果，有利于疾病早日康复。
