摘要：目的：探讨糖尿病性肝损害的临床情况及治疗；方法：回顾性分析2011年3月至2012年3月我院收治的糖尿病性肝损害患者85例的临床资料。结果：肝功能完全恢复正常79例,明显好转5例, 因合并多脏器功能衰竭而死亡1例。结论：糖尿病患者首次诊断或随访中应常规检查肝功能,特别是在病情发生变化合并糖尿病急性并发症时更应检查肝功能,尽早发现糖尿病性肝损害,及时治疗。

    Abstract: Objective: to explore the clinical diabetic liver damage and treatment. Methods:a retrospective analysis of 2011March to 2012March in our hospital of diabetic hepatic damage in patients with the clinical data of 85 cases of. Results:liver function recovered to normal in79 cases,5 case improved, due to complicated with multiple organ failure and death in 1 cases. Conclusion: patients with diabetes diagnosis or follow-up should first routine examination liver function, especially in illness change with diabetes mellitus more acute complications should check liver function, to find the early diabetic liver damage, timely treatment.
