血β-HCG和孕酮联合监测在早期诊断异位妊娠中的价值

摘要：目的：探讨血β-HCG与孕酮(P)联合检测对异位妊娠早期诊断中的价值。方法:采用化学发光技术分别测定本院就诊的正常妊娠妇女与异位妊娠患者血清中β-HCG和孕酮的数值。结果:血β-HCG和孕酮联合测定对异位妊娠的早期诊断符合率明显高于血β-HCG的单独测定，在确诊时间上也明显缩短，两者比较P<0.01。结论:HCG、孕酮联合检测有助于异位妊娠的早期诊断。

【Abstract 】Objective:To investigate the serum β-HCG and progesterone combined detection in early diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy. Method using a chemiluminescence technique were measured in the hospital of normal pregnant women and patients with heterotopic pregnancy serum β -HCG and progesterone in the numerical. The results of bloodβ -HCG and progesterone in the early diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy with significantly higher rates of bloodβ -HCG alone for the determination,at the time of diagnosis is significantly shorter, compared to P<0.01. Conclusion HCG, progesterone combined with examination is helpful in the early diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy.
