摘要：目的：通过08-11年四年7079例液基细胞学涂片病例，部分有活检结果病例分析 。探讨宫颈癌前病变的细胞学诊断和组织学诊断对应比较，提高结果准确性。方法：T.B.S诊断，部分活检病例跟踪结果。结果：7079例标本，其中阴性6308例占89.1%，ASC532例占7.5%，LSIL191例占2.7%，HSIL49例占0.7%，提示癌17例占0.24%。讨论：液基细胞学诊断癌前病变准确性较好，活检符合率较高有助于诊断，帮助临床有效的防治宫颈癌。

    Abstract:Objective:By studying the 7079 cases of liquid based cytologic smear from the year 08 to 11,some of which has biopsy result to compare the cytologic diagnosis and histodiagnosis for cervical precancerous lesions and improve the diagnostic accuracy.Methods:using the Bethesda system to diagnose and track the biopsy result of some cases.Results:Among the 7079 cases,there are 6308 negative cases accounted for 89.9%,532 ASC accounted for 7.5%,191 LSIL cases accounted for 2.7%,49 HSIL cases accounted for 0.7% and 17cancer cases accounted for 0.25%.Conclusion:Thinprep cytologic test has higher accuracy of diagnosis for precancerous lesions with a high degree of compliance with the biopsy results, so it is useful in the effective prevention and treatment of cervical cancer in clinical practice. ......
