彩超检查在基层医院胎儿先天畸形筛选中的探讨

摘要：目的：探讨产前常规彩超检查在基层医院胎儿畸形筛查中的应用价值。方法:对孕妇行产前常规彩超检查, 并与产后结果进行对比分析。结果:收集2010年10月至2011年9月来我院检查的2501例中晚期孕妇。其中筛选出21例各类畸形；漏诊6例。结论:产前彩超检查可以检出大多数胎儿先天畸形，但也有较高的漏诊率；应改善超声仪器及提高操作者的技术水平, 尽可能减少漏诊, 发挥其在胎儿畸形筛查中的重要作用。

Abstract：Objective:to study the prenatal colour to exceed check in basic-level hospitals of fetal abnormalities in the screening application value. Methods:pregnant women do prenatal conventional color dopplar ultrasound examination, and with postpartum in the study.Results:2501 cases to our check middle-late pregnant women. There are 21 cases of all kinds of malformation; 6 cases of misdiagnosis. Conclusion:prenatal color dopplar ultrasound examination can be detected most fetal congenital malformation, but also have higher missed diagnosis; Should reducing misdiagnosis, play an important role.
