摘要：目的：探讨孕期乳房按摩对年轻孕产妇母乳喂养的影响。方法:将我院120例年轻孕产妇分为观察组和对照组，对照组进行常规孕期检查，观察组在对照组的基础上进行孕期乳房按摩，直至分娩后1周，比较两组的母乳喂养情况。结果：观察组母乳满足新生儿的情况、泌乳始动时间、母乳喂养的比例显著优于对照组，P<0.05。结论:孕期乳房按摩能够显著促进产妇产后泌乳，提高母乳喂养的比例。

The effect of maternal breast massage on breast feeding in young maternal

Abstract:Objective:to investigate the effect of maternal breast massage on breast feeding in young maternal. Methods:120 patients in our hospital were young maternal divided into the observation group and the control group, the control group was given routine pregnancy check, the observation group was given breast massage during pregnancy until 1 weeks after delivery on the basis of the control group, two groups were compared with breast milk feeding. Results:breast meet the newborn situation, the initial time of lactation, breastfeeding in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group, P<0.05.Conclusion:gestational breast massage can significantly promote postpartum maternal lactation, improve breastfeeding rates.
