奥氮平与氟哌啶醇治疗首发精神病患者的疗效对比研究

摘要：目的：比较奥氮平与氟哌啶醇治疗首发精神分裂症的疗效和安全性。方法：将我院 80例首次精神分裂症患者随机分为奥氮平组和氟哌啶醇组，氟哌啶醇组给予氟哌啶醇治疗，奥氮平组给予奥氮平治疗。比较治疗后两组的阳性症状和阴性症状评定量表(PANSS)分、疗效及不良反应。结果：两组患者治疗后与治疗前比较PANSS总分及各因子分均显著下降(P <0.05)；奥氮平组下降更加明显，与氟哌啶醇组比较差异有统计学意g(p<0.05)。奥氮平组总有效率为 90.00%。优于氟哌啶醇组的80.00%。差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不良反应差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论：奥氮平治疗首发精神分裂症疗效好、不良反应少、服用方便、安全，依从性好。

Abstract：:In order to compare the efficacy and safety between olanzapine with haloperidol to cure First-episode schizophrenia.We were divided the first 80 cases of schizophrenia patients into olanzapine group and haloperidol group randomly.And then,Compare the PANSS, curative effect and untoward effect after Haloperidol group give haloperidol treatment,Olanzapine group give olanzapine treatment.At last,we got the result that the Olanzapine treat to starting schizophrenia was better than Haloperidol as the Result comparison.PANSS and P<0.05 of Olanzapine group down more obvious,overall response rate 90.00% of Olanzapine group was superior to Haloperidol group’s 80.00%.
