摘要：目的：探讨运用中西医结合方法治疗激素抵抗性肾病综合征的临床效果。方法:将我院74例激素抵抗性肾病综合征患者的病例进行回顾性分析，观察组予以中西医结合方法治疗，对照组予以督促单纯西医治疗。比较治疗后的效果情况。结果：从治疗后的效果分析，观察组的总有效率为78.3%，对照组的总有效率为54%；从治疗后副作用看，两组的1种和2种以上并发症的发生率分别为32.4%、13.5%；18.9%、2.7%。以上两者之间均存在明显的差异(p<0.05)，均有统计学意义。结论:运用中西医结合方法治疗激素抵抗性肾病综合征的临床效果可靠，且降低了副作用和不良反应，值得临床推广。

Abstract:Objective: To investigate the use of Chinese and Western medicine treatment of steroid-resistant nephrotic syndrome. Methods:74 cases of patients with steroid resistant nephrotic syndrome were analyzed retrospectively, observation group with traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment, control group to supervise the pure western medicine treatment. Comparison of the therapeutic effect of. Results: from the analysis of the effect of treatment, the observation group always businesslike for 78.3%, control group in the total efficiency was 54%; from the treatment side effects, two groups of 1and more than 2 kinds of complication rates were32.4%,18.9%,2.7%,13.5%. In between there were significant differences (P<0.05), there were statistical significance. Conclusion: the use of combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment of steroid resistant nephrotic syndrome clinical effect is reliable, and reduce the side effect and adverse reaction, worthy of clinical application.
