氨溴素葡萄糖液雾化治疗小儿呼吸道感染的临床观察

摘要：目的：为了解氨溴素葡萄糖液雾化治疗小儿呼吸道感染的意义。 方法：对2011年10月至2012年2月在我科就诊的168例小儿呼吸道感染患儿进行随机分成2组，治疗组采用氨溴素葡萄糖液12.5ml(含氨溴素7.5mg)，使用百瑞空气压缩驱动雾化机雾化，一天2次；对照组采用糜蛋白酶5mg加生理盐水2ml，使用百瑞空气压缩驱动雾化机雾化，一天2次；余治疗两组相同 结果 两组病例经治疗5天后在发热、咳嗽、气喘等临床表现上有明显差异，有统计学意义，P<0.005。结论:氨溴素葡萄糖液雾化治疗小儿呼吸道感染，疗效显著，且能缩短其病程。

Abstract:Objective:To understand the effect of ambroxol significance of glucose liquid atomization therapy in children with respiratory tract infection.Methods:On October 2011 to February 2012 in I branch doctor of 168 cases children respiratory infection children with for random into 2 group, treatment group used ammonia bromide pigment glucose liquid 12.5ml (with ammonia bromide pigment 7.5mg), using hundred Swiss air compression drive atomization machine atomization, a days 2 times; control group used minced protease 5mg plus saline 2ml, using hundred Swiss air compression drive atomization machine atomization, a days 2 times; over treatment two group same. Result5 days after treatment with two sets of cases on clinical manifestations such as fever, coughing, asthma there are significant differences, statistical significance, p<0.005.Conclusions:Ambroxol glucose liquid atomization therapy in children with respiratory tract infections, the curative effect is significant, and can shorten the course.
